Development of weapons
At first there was the only of kind of weapon common for people. Those weapons were cold steels or it is better to say cold stones as those were made of stones. Actually, the very first weapons of people were stones. With those stones they killed animals and did a number of other things. Soon, they manufactured weapons of stones that were more convenient and of greater killing power.
With the invention of metal the new age of weapon industry started. Those were real cold steel manufactured by people. There were combat axes, hummers, spears and other kinds of weapons. The cold steels unlike stone weapons were of great killing power and those provided people with opportunity to wage wars. Though, it may barely be recognized as the advantage of such invention.
The war became more cruel and of greater destructive power with the appearance of firearms. To the kind of firearms belong weapons the projectile of which is discharged of the barrel by the combusting of powder. Actually, the projectile is discharged by the power of gases that appear as a result of combusting of powder.
And the brand-new invention in the weapon industry is an invention of mass destructive weapon. Those are weapons of the greatest destructive power and those are the mot dangerous weapons as those are weapons of long-lasting activity. Among mass destructive weapons there are chemical weapons, bioweapons, combusting weapons and nuclear weapons.
